1) LISS Cardio
Cardio is one of the most important aspects when it comes to losing overall bodyfat. Spot reducing fat is unrealistic, however, burning overall body fat through cardio helps inclusively target belly fat. Liss stands for low intensity steady state. This type of cardio will aid in keeping inflammation down in the stomach area while reaching your Fitness goals. Ex: Walking, Power Walking, Jogging (Please keep in mind, I do not personally recommend jogging for long term solutions in fat loss. It damages cartilage in knees over time especially if done on hard surfaces like concrete.)
2) Lean Protein
Protein aids in muscle growth in every part of your body if you eat enough of it! This is important in defining the muscles underneath the belly fat. The muscles will be forming while the fat is shedding through cardio.
3) Lower your carbs
Carbohydrates are a great source of energy, however, as you diet down they will need to be slowly lowered in order to lower body fat. Carbs are not bad! They are necessary, however, realistically they will temporarily need to be lowered to achieve a lower body fat.
4) Drink black tea
Black Tea is a underrated beverage! Drinking black tea after eating your foods for the day will help to fight inflammation, fat and fight diseases in the long term. Black tea is one of the best antioxidants similar to green tea, but, in my humble opinion better!
